We offer a number of different delivery options, which are dependent upon which product you wish to send and where you would like to send it to. Here are the details of our Chilled Delivery option for our cheese hampers:
Delivery & Tracking Information
Cost: From $16.95
- Sent via Home Delivery Services (HDS), which offers preferred-date delivery options for selected areas only.
- Orders must be placed before 7am (Sydney time) at least 48-72 hours prior to the preferred date. The cut-off times vary per location.
- To check which days and locations are available for delivery, simply add a hamper to your cart and view the checkout page. Enter your postcode for a price and delivery estimate. For more information on where we can send cheese hampers, please see the articles and infographic below.
- Deliveries are made between 7am and 6pm (excluding public holidays). We are unable to provide a more specific time-frame.
- We are unable to deliver to Parcel Lockers or PO Boxes with this delivery option.
- "Authority to Leave' is granted on all orders shipped with HDS, even if "Signature Required" is selected.
- When an "Authority to Leave" has been given, a delivery may be left in a safe space on the premises.
- Proof of Delivery will be provided as a photo only.
- Unsuccessful deliveries will be reattempted the next scheduled business day. Only two attempts will be made before the delivery is returned to our warehouse. Redelivery and returns fees apply.
- Drivers are unable to contact the recipient directly upon delivery. Information regarding notifications can be found here: Do you contact the recipient? What notifications do you send?
- Due to the perishable nature of the contents in our cheese hampers, we do not offer cancellations, refunds or exchanges on our chilled hampers.
- It is strongly recommended to continuously check the updated information provided by HDS, available via the tracking link provided upon dispatch. Alternatively, the information can be found here: Tracking Portal.
