While we do offer preferred date delivery options to select areas, we are currently unable to offer it for all locations. We understand that this can be disappointing, though we are pleased to confirm that we do have alternative options!
Available delivery options are dependent upon the location to which you wish to send your order. Simply enter your postcode into our Delivery Calculator to see all eligible shipping options (chilled delivery excluded).
Alternatively, once you enter your delivery address at checkout, all eligible shipping methods will appear. For those requiring a preferred date, you will see a date shown in a box; once you click on that box, a calendar will pop up that highlights the dates available. Please note that if the date is greyed out, this means you cannot select that date. Free-typing a preferred date that is not available, will result in the next available date being selected.
Here's a little more information about our shipping options:
- Same-day, next-day and preferred-date delivery is available for metro-Sydney;
- Preferred-date delivery is available to metro areas in Brisbane and Melbourne;
- Chilled delivery is the only option for our cheese hampers, with a preferred date required for delivery. Please note that we are only able to deliver to certain areas, on certain days; and
- We will always have standard and express delivery options available, even offering standard delivery free of charge! Delivery calendar will not appear for these methods.
